For each Mason Jar you will use:
- 1/3 cup oat flakes
- 2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp. dried cranberries
- 2 chopped dates
- 1 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. unsweetened coconut (optional)
- 2/3 cup almond milk
Add everything into the mason jar and stir well. Store in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, remove from the refrigerator and it is ready to eat. You can eat it cold or warm after microwaving it for 1 1/2 minutes. Top with chopped banana, or fresh blueberries.
